Meet The Chef
I have experience in cooking in a wide array of styles, I truly enjoy preparing my client’s wonderful fine dining entrees as well as French Nouvelle-influenced classics.
I began my career in the food preparation industry as a corporate trainer for Houlihans. I moved to the Twin Cities in 1990 and became the Executive Chef at Capers Restaurant in Edina, MN. I have also been the Executive Chef at Café Solo and Dayton’s Boundary Waters Restaurant. I also worked in Marriott’s International Education Division at Augsburg College in Minneapolis.
In 1997 I became the Executive Chef at Eat Your Heart Out Catering – The Twin Cities premier caterer to national and international entertainers. You name the star…I’ve probably cooked for them.
