Meet The Chef

My name is Jacqueline Williams, the owner of Abundant Catering. I’m an Executive Chef with over 30+ years of experience in preparing a wide variety of cuisine offerings chefs catering.
I was one of the first African/American women to graduate from the Allegheny Community College Chef Apprentice Program.

I have experience in cooking in a wide array of styles, I truly enjoy preparing my client’s wonderful fine dining entrees as well as French Nouvelle-influenced classics.

I began my career in the food preparation industry as a corporate trainer for Houlihans. I moved to the Twin Cities in 1990 and became the Executive Chef at Capers Restaurant in Edina, MN. I have also been the Executive Chef at Café Solo and Dayton’s Boundary Waters Restaurant. I also worked in Marriott’s International Education Division at Augsburg College in Minneapolis.

In 1997 I became the Executive Chef at Eat Your Heart Out Catering – The Twin Cities premier caterer to national and international entertainers. You name the star…I’ve probably cooked for them. From U2 and KISS to Mary J. Blige and the Lilith Fair. I’ve prepared meals for virtually every major entertainer that has visited the Twin Cities. Jacqueline Williams, the owner of Abundant Catering

Jacqueline Williams, the owner of Abundant Catering is an Executive Chef with over 15 years.

I was one of the first African/American women to graduate from the Allegheny Community College Chef Apprentice Program. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Research and Product Development Williams is one of the first African/American women to graduate from the Allegheny Community College Chef Apprentice Program.

She began her career in the food preparation industry as a corporate trainer for Houlihans, moved to the Twin Cities in 1990, and became the Executive Chef at Capers
Restaurant in Edina, MN.
